Terms & Conditions:

  1. Robaeya Travel does not have any input in the decision making of the visa process & it is only up to the UAE Immigration office.
  2. Not all visa applicationsget approved & in this case Robaeya Travel can’t change the decision. 
  3. Robaeya Travel is just a mediator between travelers and the UAE Immigration office who guarantee the return of the traveler & hence are not to be blamed in case of delays in visa process or rejections.
  4. In some cases, Robaeya Travel claims the right to refuse applying for a client without having to justify it.
  5. Robaeya Travel is entitled to apply for the visa within 2 working days after receiving ALL the required documents & the proof of payment.
  6. Please make sure to send clear color scans & not mobile snaps.
  7. Kindly use these bank details to deposit, transfer or wire the payment: Robaeya Travel (CIB bank – 100014726262 – LE-100016742664 USD ) or in cash at our office.
  8. For payments, clients can settle via bank transfers, bank deposits, cash payments in our office or via credit/debit card in our office.
  9. The client can not apply for entry visa only. It must be accompanied by flight reservation and / or hotel accommodation. 
  10. If you used to live or used to have a residency permit or got a visa rejection from UAE or any of the GCC countries please let us know as this might affect your visa decision. ​
  11. Most rejected applications are for people who have been to UAE/GCC or those who got a visa approval and did not use it.
  12. In case of rejected applications; Robaeya Travel does not have any input in the decision & cannot change it just like any other embassy. We will provide the client with the proof that we applied, the rejection reason stated in the application and the application number. The client has the right to apply again & pay the fees again without any guarantees on changing the decision.
  13. Fees are non-refundable in case of rejection (please inform us if you got rejected before or if you have had a residency in UAE or any of the GCC countries).
  14. In few cases, client might be asked to submit extra documents.
  15. On average, the visa process is 7-10 working days. Sometimes it take less or more time depends on the immigration process and Robaeya Travel does not have any influence in this.
  16. The standard visa service is Tourism Visa – Single Entry – 1 month validity. If you wish to apply for or inquire about different types please contact us.
